ABOUT THE PROJECT
The future of our employees.
The Career Pathway project by Entain aimed to revolutionize user experience in the context of professional development. With a strong focus on providing a seamless and engaging journey for employees, the project leveraged cutting-edge technology and intuitive design principles to enhance the user experience at every step.
Through extensive research and user testing, the Career Pathway platform was carefully crafted to meet the specific needs and preferences of employees. The interface was designed to be intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing, allowing individuals to navigate effortlessly through various career development resources, training modules, and personalized growth opportunities. By prioritizing user experience, Entain succeeded in creating a platform that not only empowers employees to take charge of their professional growth but also fosters a sense of engagement, motivation, and satisfaction throughout their career journey.

Upon joining the project a month after its initiation, I was presented with the initial proposal for our train station, including the interior design concept. Through my contributions, I made significant enhancements to both the visual appeal and functionality of the design, resulting in an improved overall aesthetic and user experience.
IMPROVEMENT O1
I adjusted the train's direction, shifting it from left to right to improve the user experience. This small modification aligned with the natural reading pattern, making it easier for users to navigate and engage with the content.

The design of the icons did not align with the cohesive visual aesthetic of the project, resulting in inconsistency and a lack of visual harmony.

The perspective and importance of elements were misaligned, requiring adjustments to ensure visual harmony and emphasize the significance of each element.
The map and the size of station names did not facilitate readability and overlooked accessibility considerations.
